    Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga and Pilates.It focuses on low -impact, high intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.

    In addition to building strength, this full body workout also develops agility and flexibility. Our classes incorporate tools like exercise balls, resistance bands and weights, along with the barre itself and your body weight to turn out rep after rep of muscle burning moves!

  • Yin-Yasa: Align + Flow

    This unique fusion practice combines the gentle, introspective nature of Yin Yoga with the flowing dynamism of Vinyasa Yoga. Begin with a Yin Yoga practice to release connective tissues to create more space in the body and transition between poses with a moving meditative flow. This class offers a holistic approach to alignment and mobility, while reinforcing stability and balance.

  • Restorative Yoga

    Restorative Yoga is a serene retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. Sink into supported postures with the aid of props, promoting deep ease and comfort.
